They are great at communicating if they don’t have something. We ordered online and they called to tell us they were out of something and apologized again when we picked it up. The food was perfect. Great bagels and we were amazed at how good the eggs on our bagel were. Perfectly cooked and fluffy. We will be back regularly!
I can’t stress enough how amazing the bagels and staff are at Bobby’s Bagels. I have always had such a pleasant experience and not once have I ever been disappointed. Even when it gets busy the staff is so kind and you can tell they are determined to make their customers happy! I always look forward to their holiday bagels. Lot's of bagels, and lots of variety. Seemingly something for everyone. Unfortunately, I didn't find the bagel I was looking for. And I felt a bit brushed aside by the staff member that was "helping" me, So I left without purchasing anything. However, it seems like a great place, And maybe this person was just having a busy day.
