Wanted to sit on patio but people were smoking.
RE your response "please let us know and we can resolve any issues".... seriously? What would you do... tell them not to smoke? If so... you can see them smoking and should tell them not to smoke before someone complains on Google (or simply doesn't come in your rest. because of people smoking... who knows how much business you're losing!)

The food is fantastic; having grown up on Italian food in NJ.My issue is with one of the managers.There is nothing better than fantastic Italian food accompanied with good red wine.I came in on a federal holiday (Monday) and was surprised at the fact the bar was packed at lunchtime.Regardless…. I ordered my food, but also wanted some great red wine.My server recognized me, and understood when I asked how long the bottle of red that I wanted was open.Within a few minutes… someone...
