“I haven't been to a McDonalds in years. Got their chicken sandwich, and it was really good. I love how they put it in a box so its not squished. My only suggestion is the young lady at the window handed me my food and I said thank you have a great day and she didnt say anything and just shut the window....oh where did the friendliness customer sevice go.“

One major issue I observed was with the restroom access. The restroom requires an access button to be pressed by an employee every time someone wants to use it. I found this quite inconvenient, especially when I saw multiple people having to walk back to the billing counter just to ask for access. This kind of setup feels unnecessary and uncomfortable.
The overall service felt quite dry—there were no smiles, no warm greetings, and no positive energy from the staff. It gave off a very indifferent vibe.
Additionally, I noticed that all the electrical switches around the store were blocked or inaccessible. It’s a small detail, but it adds to a sense of control that doesn't feel customer-friendly.
Overall, this store gave off a very restrictive and controlling atmosphere. It lacks the welcoming, open feel that you'd hope for as a customer.
I would suggest Panera Bread. I have visited lot of stores and found them very customer friendly and great environment to have food,meetings,chilling.“
