The place smells amazing when you first walk in! The food was a 100/10 if I could rate it any higher I would. The food is so filling as well. First comers be sure to talk with the workers! They are so kind and provided additional info about the cooking process and a little inside look on how everything works here.

Wow! BBQ isnt normally my thing but everything I had- brisket, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, and lemonade- was delicious!! And the service was incredible. Seriously. As someone who arrived in town feeling very out of place and jet-lagged, Shalette could see my overwhelm when I walked in and was so helpful from the ordering process all the way to getting me boxes and even running outside to give me sauces I forgot! Shalette and Louis' friendly service alone sold me as a repeat...

I was hungry after a long week of work and BBQ was the meal of the day. I was drenched after walking here in the sweltering heat bubble.

I ordered a half pound each of the brisket and pulled pork—very good. Prompt and polite service. Great assortment of sauces. Place was clean. Had a drink stationed with crunchy ice that I could refill to my hearts content. My only regret is that I didn’t see the banana pudding until I was walking out. Next...
