The ice cream gets 5 stars. The scoops are generous in size and the staff is pleasant, but I downgraded the overall rating to 4 stars because if you want two flavors, you have to get two large scoops. This is more calories than I want. Most other ice cream shops will give two flavors in a one scoop size, or offer kids scoops at a lower price that you can double up on.
Great-tasting ice cream and excellent service. I ordered the Root Beamer Float with plain vanilla ice cream, and it was amazing. The vanilla ice cream paired perfectly with the root beer, creating a classic float that was rich, creamy, and refreshing. I'll definitely be back for another one.
Great local ice cream shop serving generous portions. Really enjoyed the holstein (vanilla with large chocolate chunks) was really good as was the blackberry flavor. There are indoor and outdoor seats.
