It’s the closest to my house, but after trying to redeem another BOGO the other day (and being questioned about my printed coupon, having to wait to make sure my coupon was valid), I’m done with these guys. The Sterling store has much better customer service. Hands down. Cakes taste great though, but you’d expect them to taste the same everywhere.

I like that this Nothing Bundt Cake is in close proximity to my job but I have complaints against the cakes themselves. When ordering regular bundtlets the frosting ratio is off and for the snickerdoodle there is no cinnamon sugar. I have spent over $1k at this location in the past few months for work and personal gatherings. Attaching a picture, the bundt cake on the right is the Reston location, same flavor.

I picked up 5 different flavors: Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Strawberries & Cream, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Lemon. They were extremely delicious and fresh! The lady, Alexas, really helped me choose the best. She was extremely professional and patient with customers; she really made my son's birthday special. I am definitely returning to this location.

Cute store, but this place is just like its name. It is so inflexible when it comes to customer service. They can only sell you 1 dozen mini cakes in a one size box, no more, no less. On top of this, I was told there is a 10 minute wait when there is no one else in the store.

20240710 I got an ad in the mail for buy 1 get 1 small bundt cake. I had the cupcake size a few times and thought it was ok. I decided to give it another try. The young lady at the store was very nice, helpful, and attentive. I picked out 3 bundtlets, thinking I would get a cupcake size for free. I was wrong!! I got a bundtlets instead ?. The store also carries other merchandise for the cakes as well as last-minute gifts. I was so surprised to see the pouch with something that I used to say all the time, "Think Happy Thoughts." It was a great reminder, and it was the first item I picked out. Tonight, I tried the Almond Wedding Bliss, which is a limited time flavor. Oh my goodness! It was delicious ?!! The almond aroma filled my mouth with each bite, and the cake was soft. It reminds me of an angel food cake. The amount of icing on the cake was plenty because it's pretty sweet. They also have a loyalty program where you buy 12 dozens or 12 bundtlets, and get 1 dozen or bundtlets, respective.

I didn't buy directly from them.A friend of mine got one for me, fresh and delicious, a bit more sugary than my expectation ( usually the factory-made cakes, not the fresh ones, put more sugar to cover the additives taste, so I expected less sugar in a fresh cake).I went there around the afternoon to buy one, but it seems they were temporarily closed during that specific time.Price? Per the photo and my friend's receipt, it is not cheap, but worth it.
