Padella, located inside the Westin Dulles Hotel, is a great spot I’ve visited a couple of times last month.
As a vegetarian, I was really impressed with the care the staff took to ensure everything I was served was either vegetarian or vegan, with no eggs. The food was delicious — I especially enjoyed the potato wedges and the bruschetta, which were both excellent. The vegan burger was also a pleasant surprise, and their mocktails were refreshing and well-made.

It’s at the Westin hotel so ambiance was not that amazing. Plenty of parking but be sure to validate ticket at the hotel’s front desk.
