This is the dirtiest Panera I've ever seen. The floors are dirty dingy and bathroom looks like a gas station. The employee was not friendly at all and my sandwich was soggy. Really weird I just wanted to get out of there

Hm.... not sure other menus but hot chocolate and latte were so blended and tasteless. And you better call the restaurant to check if they have the bakery items that you are ordering, otherwise you might ended up getting something else that you didn't order and want. There is nothing else the staff can do or suggest.
Update.. They tried to call me and asked what was the situation. I shared how I felt and they understood. They refunded the amount of the items that I was not satisfied. The amount was not a lot, but what they tried to fix the issue was right. For that reason, I changed my review & star.

This Panera Bread in Worldgate is one of my favorites, I like sitting out sipping my coffee in the morning, the staff is so nice, the food quality is very good.
I got a takeout order and the coffee was on but not my favorite. The staff was very nice
