I went to Panera-Worldgate tonight and while ordering my food on the kiosk and I noticed that they were out of brownies. I asked a staff named Sayra and said no. But she offered to look in the kitchen to double check and found one. She was helpful and nice. Good was hot and good!

I regularly visit this Panera on my work trips to the area. Most recently I picked up an order and got to the office and realized my yogurt was not in the bag. I contacted support and instead of refunding me for the missed item, they put a credit on my Panera for future use. Why should I have to pay for an item never received? This is poor customer service.

Hard to give one star. This is a very busy, busy, and clean place. Why one star? As far as I can tell, it's takeout only. With tables where you can disassemble your order and mix at the provided tables. I got a soup bowl. The good quality bread had a circular cut in the top and a Styrofoam container. Pulling off the cap, I had to hollow out the bread and pour in the soup. Seems like a huge waste to me. I mean, I didn't walk 10 feet and already I had to throw away a Styrofoam container and its plastic lid. Then you have to pull away the plastic bag for the spoon and other utensils that aren't used with soup. The place was clean, the bathroom was clean, the service was great, but the amount of garbage created in the process is unacceptable. I thought I may have ordered incorrectly, so I decided to watch the other customers. Same. So good food, great service, nice clean, what's my problem? I hate throwing a bag of non-biodegradable crap into the trash for an edible bowl containing soup.

I was not happy at all about my Take out while ordering food on the spot. I got a Soup and half a sandwich (part of the pick 2). To my surprise, I got half of the bowl of Soup with barely any carrots or chicken (2 or 3 pieces) which I think it felt like I was given food for charity!! My sandwich was also half burned. That is unacceptable When you pay $$ 16.95 including taxes and a Tip, which I regretted giving. You have to treat people much better than that! I called that greed!
