i am sorry for saying that
I encountered a rude person with a loud voice who spoke to me as if he were giving me orders. This disgusting, bearded man who works there is ruining the place, which for years has been my family's favorite spot. I think we'll hesitate to go there again, even though he works with very polite and friendly people. I don't know how they choose their employees. There was another person there who was incredibly polite and always smiling, and I swear I don't know him personally to say this about him. But you will lose a lot of customers if this arrogant man stays there, as he seems to be showing off in front of his female colleagues.

Unfortunately the coffee had some grounds in it from the decaf canister. Otherwise everyone was great and it was very consistent with other Paneras.

Used to go here all the time but since the shopping center installed Flock cameras that sell license plate tracking info (and work with ICE) I haven't and won't return.

No politeness, no smiles. No pride in having excellent customer service. Average tasting food. But clean looking facility.
kindest panera staff in the world, always make sure to get massive orders for me and my coworkers right during such busy mornings

Not sure how to rate. I usually get a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Sandwiches are not made as nicely as used to be. The avocado is in chunks, and not many, the turkey is in bits and pieces like a patchwork quilt. Not very conducive to eating. I usually cut the avocado into slices, albeit very small ones, but at least flat. The turkey meat is such a jumble that I just have to hold the sandwich in such a way the meat doesn't fall off. No rice sliced larger oieces. But I find this to be true of all the sandwiches. Flavor is still Good!

All day today, we been packing for our next move and decided to stop over Panera. It was a wonderful experience with the manager Brent that made time to talk with us and Gigi the cashier gave us outstanding customer service. We’re from California and it’s not everyday you see people enjoy where they are working at and helping others. Thank you Brent and Gigi, we will try to visit before we move and thank you for everything.

What is happening to Panera. They don't even try. BTW...Coffee was room temp
Always ready and fresh when I place my online order...and the bagels taste so good... great coffee and ice teas
They do not accept the offers and rewards that are in the app ..So for what they send it... the young woman who helped me didn't even check my reward. She just said you don't have any. bad service.
So many single people working on their laptops and hogging a four top we couldn't get a table until one of the few people actually eating finished.
I love coming to this Panera. I've never had a problem with any of my food orders and my food has always been fresh and delicious. Panera is one of my favorite restaurants to eat. The staff here have always been friendly to me and when I see the GM he always says hi with a smile on his face. Granted, the service sometimes is quite slow and my favorite bagel is the cinnamon crunch bagel which is very popular and difficult for them to keep in stock I guess. I would think that would be an easy fix. Order more! Other than the slow service at times, it's a great business and I highly recommend
