I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for 7 years. Unfortunately, last week was the last time I’ll ever go back. The pho here is truly one of the most traditional in the area and honestly, that’s probably the only reason they’ve survived this long despite their terrible customer service. The more people ignore it, the worse their behavior becomes. They gave us the wrong order, showed us angry faces, and completely ignored our table when we needed something. Their rule is literally: “You can only order one time.” Every visit, we still tipped 20–30% because we wanted to support them. But this time, we couldn’t. They even argue with each other in front of customers, then take out their frustration on us, making us feel like we were being fed out of charity. Honestly, even food donations treat people better. For the first time ever, we left without leaving a tip. If you plan to come here, good luck — maybe you’ll catch them on a good day. If not, just keep your head down, eat quietly, and hope you don’t get mad at. Goodbye, Pho 75. Never again.

If you’re going to not let people eat in after 7:30pm please change in Google that you close at 7:30pm. We arrived at 7:15pm but were denied seating. Other Pho 75 locations let your order and eat in if you arrive before 30 minutes before close.

Where the tables are dirty, the leftovers cost extra, and the flies dine for free. Come for the food, stay for the germs. It’s true DIY dining: clean your own table, share your meal with flies, and pay $1 for a leftover container. Don’t forget : it’s cash only in 2025, because nothing says “trustworthy business” like refusing cards.

Been here since 2008 but it is going to be my last time. As I found some disgusting suspicious hair in my noodle I showed the staff. I put the hair on the counter. He doesn't speak the language doesn't offer an exchange of the soup and says he doesn't understand why the hair landed in the soup and asked me if I wanna check out. Oh well , just because you don't speak the language doesn't mean u can lower your standards of service. Previous Review: Best pho around DMV area with reasonable price even on the low end of the pho restaurants, quality has been consistent for the 13 years i have been in VA. Sometimes I would even drive an hour back and forth just to get a bowl from them since I moved away from herndon years ago. That is how good they are. i really appreciate it if they could offer payment options other than cash, but there is a ATM there just in case.

This is an in-and-out restaurant, CASH ONLY. With that said, they sell comforting pho. It is mild but authentic enough. I got take out. The noodles do get soggy quickly. But I appreciate its gluten and sesame free. Also affordable. I did add extra veggies when I got home. The hoisin sauce is not gluten free btw.

The price is ridiculous. I've been going to this place for many years. The pho is good. But the price is ridiculous now. Pho is listed as $11.50. They charge $1.00 for a takeout fee. But the end result is $17.43, without tip. I would understand $14. But $17.43??? They do cash only. I cannot recommend it because of the price. Service is fast, and the place is pretty clean. But the price/value is just demoralizing.

love this place. can't believe it took me awhile to try their pho. their restaurant is simple and pretty straight forward, their pho is really good and simple with lots of meat. the place is clean and the service is quick. i was with my baby and they accommodated us nicely. they take cash only but there is atm inside. cant wait to go back.
