27MAR2026 (18:30PM). Went on a Friday night (cold & raining). Very surprised of the few people there. Only saw 2 employees working that night (service was slow but understandable). Pho was top tier and they never skimp out on the meats (lots of it). Large bowl of pho was around $17-$19. Definitely worth it for the amount they give you.
had dinner there last night and it was delicious! they have the most options i've seen for pho customization -- almost 20 different ways. nice so you can choose exactly what kind of cuts of meat you want. i got the large bowl which was legit large. the meat was tender and the broth was very flavorful and rich. i typically always finish my bowl but i had leftovers! we also got the summer rolls as an appetizer which were nice. chewy and bouncy. the ONLY thing i would change...
I really enjoy eating at Pho New! Their bún bò Huế is delicious and the portions are very generous. The pho gà is also great — the chicken breast is always tender and flavorful.
The only downside is that the one server there is often on her phone and sometimes gets the order wrong, so just make sure she confirms what you ordered.
Overall, the food is excellent and definitely worth coming back for!
