Service was good and food was great. The assembly line moved quick and was very convenient. The meats tasted fresh and the combo deal wasn't too expensive. The tables were clean too. Overall definitely a good experience at this potbelly location.

One of my favorite spots to go with the family on Thursday nights. The food was yummy, fast and attentive service. Gaberiel went above & beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining in experience. We will visit again. Thanks again to Gaberial, you are a true gem.

This is arguably Virginia’s greatest sandwich shop. I’ve had over a dozen visits to Potbelly in Herndon. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Mama’s Meatball and Pizza Metl. They provide the friendliest service. Mary is always cheery and quick. Another nice one is Lily, who always smiles. They are all very respectful. The “Potbelly Perks” are my only complaint because, the last two times I tried to use my BOGO code in an online order, the order failed! Why am I unable...
