I asked for a tiny bit of more queso because she gave me a very very meager serving, and she started saying oh even if I put one more drop it’s gonna be double price. Not coming to this Qdoba again.

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been at. I’m surprised I even left 2 stars. Lady did attend me quickly and at least the bathroom was functional. Food at least had taste. Rice was stale. Portions were ridiculous. Felt like the Chipotle scandal. Location is dirty and needs some cleaning. Who’s the manager? There was only one person working? When you put love into your work, you don’t leave your establishment like that. They were out of cilantro too. No wonder it was empty. I already left my two cents in their feedback survey link.

This is one of the worst Qdoba, their portions are so small that even a kid can’t feel fulfilled. She put 1 scoop of rice and I couldn’t clearly see why - they were running out of them. This is the portion after they charged me for extra beans on both of my bowls - this has to be a joke. Our last time here on this location.

I didn’t get a chance to have an experience because no one would help me even though I was the only person in line smh literally was making online orders that was coming in but not saying nothing to me I guess I was the wrong color for help … no sugar coating it … if I was white or brown (Latin, Indo, Arabic) or Asian … it wouldn’t have went down … I’m not the one to play certain cards but I see this in NOVA far too often…

Place has gone downhill. Food had obviously looked like it had been sitting for hours, and it tasted like it too. Not to mention, the one employee working was eating in the front of house, and did not wash hands before serving guests. No sanitary precautions in place here. No wonder the place was a ghost town.

I judge restaurants by their restrooms, because if they lack in upkeep and cleanliness there, I can only assume that they follow those habits in the kitchen.

Absolutely disgusting restrooms. They haven't been clean in a very long time. The seat is about to fall off the toilet because of loose bolts, and there is no soap in the dispenser. This leads me to question if they are able to properly wash their hands after utilizing these facilities.

Wouldn't recommend this location. I hope management sees this post and take corrective action.

If I can give a negative review I would. I placed an online order at this location accidentally. I don’t live in Herndon. I called 5 times right after I placed the order. No answer. I called twice again 2 minutes after to ask if there is a possibility to cancel. JANE the supervisor (she says she is) was having a grumpy day. I was very polite In asking if there was a possibility to cancel the order and she was very Caty in the mood to argue. Extremely rude right off the bat. She wouldn’t allow me to speak. She kept cutting me off. I am a very understanding person. If she would have had manners and respectful, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I was completely shocked and caught of guard on her behavior and on how she handled this situation. She’s incredibly immature and unprofessional. Again, if she would’ve been polite about the whole thing I would not be upset. She even told me she was going to report me for not picking up the order. I live about an hour away from Herndon. What a jaw opener.
As I’m writing this review JANE called me to tell me she spoke to her manager and explained that I called to cancel and hopefully get a refund. Since she didn’t let me speak I was going to ask if maybe what I paid Can be transferred to the Qdoba near my house. But again she wanted to argue. I really hope that call was recorded. JANE is Incredibly rude. I should expect a call back from the manager tomorrow. JANE needs training in customer service. The way she speaks to people is not correct extremely rude. Not acceptable at all

I occasionally order from this QDOBA. This is my go-to location. I ordered a “Create Your Own Habanero Lime Steak Bowl” for carry out today.

HOWEVER, today I was chowing down, and my teeth bit down *hard* on a really sharp hard object. I pulled it out, and to my amazement it was a shard of GLASS!

Kids, remember to always chew before eating. This is why.

It just blows my mind, and now I have to question the quality and preparation of my food and order.

What would have happened had I swallowed this sharp jagged piece of glass? I shudder to think it. I could have died easily.

Also, I’m not convinced I did not already ingest smaller shards of glass. My body could be filled with small, tiny glass shards & I wouldn’t know it.

I’m really scared of ordering food at this QDOBA now! I 100% could have died had I not caught this in time, and swallowed this glass shard — SO lucky that I caught it in time!

This place was a ghost town and I see why. I’ve been going to qdoba since highschool. This was is by far the worse location. I’ve been ordering chicken nachos since I was a kid. This woman behind counter gave me half a scoop of cheese and then 1 full scoop. I simply asked can you give me a bit more cheese she says no that’s extra. I said oh because the first scoop was kinda small. She just says again that’s extra. We basically have the same conversation all over again. Then I ask for a manager so that I can explain. The worker says I’m here alone and then I say oh really your here alone, She says oh she doesn’t speak English and I say that ok. The other woman listens to me explain about the first scoop being small and says you only get two scoops anything else is extra. I told them that this is fair, the women behind the counter get aggressive. I decided to just leave. I asked them if they are just gonna throw food away over cheese …they said yup…. What a waist and sad thing to say to a customer.

Truly awful service and staff. If we want qdoba now we'll drive to the one in fairfax even though it is more than triple the distance.
