This place used to be our spot for Pizza But, they changed to the worst pizza shop ever I just paid 50$ dollars for two pizza like domino’s large size. I can’t believe i paid 23 Dollars for the cheese pizza

I am driving 20 miles every week and order above 150 $ every week but today. I was treated very bad by the employee and he was very very rude and disrespectful customer service. I will post his picture and videos
I just ordered a pizza for my mom and i was expecting it to be delivered within 35min. An hour later, i got a call saying they can’t deliver my pizza because of the distance meanwhile it was not the first time delivering to my address. Spice town is my goto place to buy halal pizza but this time is my last. Worst experience ever

Sad to confirm the findings of other reviewers about the management of this place. Manager asked me to call to help fix things. First scheduling our call when for a time he wasn't there, then rudely hung up on me when he was. I think there are some places that deserve our support and patronage, and others that frankly don't, and perhaps the community may be better served by their inevitable departure, hopefully replaced by a new tenant focused on great food, great service, and polite behavior. They'll have a brighter future.

I'm actually really annoyed at how much they ripped me off this time. I ordered 40 wings and asked for a few sauces on the side. However I didn't realize they were going to charge me $20 for those sauces. Now I could have said something before paying but I wasn't told the total nor was I allowed to see it until I signed the receipt. I was also supposed to pick up at 6 as she had told me it would be ready by then but I didn't get my food till 6:15. So I wasted my $20 on sauces and my order was late. Not to mention they messed up my order and gave me all hot when I asked for mild/hot wings. I don't think I will go back to this place. Just be cautious when you order. They are good at ripping people off. Also in terms in sanitary conditions- I saw one of the chefs clean my plastic bag & styrofoam container with his apron. None of them were wearing gloves and looked very packed in the kitchen.
