Super Pho in Herndon, VA, hands down, has the best PHO in the Northern VA area! The summer rolls w/ peanut sauce are fresh and always hit the spot. The PHO tastes so much better than any PHO I've ever tasted in the NOVA, DC, or MD. The serving sizes never leave you hungry, and the price leaves you happy to be able to come back, again & again.
