I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nan Thai Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The Kapow is most authentic Thai I’ve had in a long time. No onions, bell peppers, and watery sauce. It is not americanized, just like you would get it in Thailand. Keep it spicy and add the Fish sauce with chilis from the spice rack, and let the spicy umami take you to a different level, excellent!
