If you want a real Italian sub then this is the place to go. This is one of our absolute favorite spots and we haven’t been let down yet. The Mad Italian is our go-to but you could get any sub and enjoy. Note: The Mad Italian is a huge sub, so it’s big enough to share with another person.

I’m very transparent in my reviews as I own several restaurants and bars in North Carolina. That being said. When you walk in it gives off the old school deli vibes. Which is cool. You’re not greeted or told goodbye, have a nice day, etc. when I walk to the counter it was just a “yes” given by the gentleman. The sandwiches we had are basic toppings, which is okay. This is probably the best deli in the area and definitely the best one in Herndon. I don't have any pictures because my wife and I devoured our sandwiches.

I highly recommend the Mad Italian and the Mafioso. The meat and cheese portions are generous. Service was fast and welcoming. The interior decor feels like a bodega and has a cute charm to it.

A 12 inch is about 16 bucks but realistically you can make 2-3 meals out of it. There is...
