Tipicos Doña Gloria Reviews
So we took a chance on this place because the reviews mostly talked about slow service, which isn't a deal breaker if the food is good. However, the food had spoiled cheese in it. This is a safety issue as well as a management issue. I think whoever owns the place needs to do better inventory checks to ensure no spoiled food is being served. My favorite place to get Desayuno on the weekends. The staff are always friendly and the food is very consistently of good quality.
Food was good but service needs attention.

Tipicos Doña Gloria offers authentic Salvadoran cuisine with great value. The pupusas are large and delicious, especially the pupusa with frijoles, queso & chicharron, which is highly praised, while the pupusa with only bean can be a bit dry. The Baleada with pollo is also popular for its amazing taste and generous size. The beef soup is flavorful, and the tamales are delicioso. The fried yucas and carne asada plate, featuring a generous portion of grilled steak, rice, and salad, are satisfying options. Customers appreciate that everything can be ordered without protein or special requests to accommodate dietary restrictions. The service is friendly, and the place is kid-friendly with free parking and easy wheelchair access. Despite some minor issues like old, dry limes with the carne asada, overall, the Mexican food is great. Many customers enjoy the vibrant flavors and large portions, making it a popular spot for both dine-in and takeout.
