I meant to review this truck stop a while back but forgot to! It was a great deal for a sandwich and two sides, I can’t remember exactly how much I spent but it wasn’t over $17, it was great and I’m not a huge fan of bbq unless it’s Korean or off the bone😂 Uncle Fred’s is great and always super great customer service every time you come by! Great portions and good sauces, definitely need to get it when I see them there again! I love supporting local/small businesses...
Uncle Fred's is 5-star all the way!. I've ordered BBQ and sides from him for several years for our mineral club holiday party. Everyone raves about the quality of the food and asked where I got it. My gf and I recently moved to the area and we're having a hard time finding a good BBQ place. I can officially say the search is over. This was some of the best BBQ I have ever eaten.
