Fred catered my grandson graduation family and friends gathering in June. And he’s friendly and provides excellent customer service. His food, ribs , chicken and fried fish ALL WAS EXCELLENT! If you see his food truck or need a caterer, he’s your guy! Thank you, Fred! Great job!
catered a church lunch from here - Fred brought his whole setup and it was a really nice experience to have the smoker right there.
The chicken was by far some of the best chicken I've had... don't know how it was made, but the flavor was on point.
Ribs and Pulled Pork were also solid. The sauces were generous too for catering.

Cool experience to get freshly made BBQ in a parking lot. Very good pulled pork and Fred is also quite the comedian with the most piercing blue / crystal eyes I’ve ever seen on a black man. Don’t know what the bad reviews are about unless it’s some personal grudge. About as good as Willard’s and similarly priced.
