Worst location in Northern VA. We ordered wings from that location through DoorDash late at night, because it was one of the few food places near Dulles open late. And they still had the nerve to bring my girlfriend the wrong order of wings, and the fries were so salty, and some food items were also too greasy. And then it messed with our stomachs the following day,

Today Saturday September 20 I went to Wingstop Herndon me and my family but the restaurant is very clean and the staff is very welcoming very respectful the service is pleasant and fast.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Ordered on uber eats pretty late on a Saturday around 10:30. Order arrived hot and fresh and nothing was missing. The bags were packed so well and it seemed whoever put my order together actually cared. I’ll be ordering again!

Worst Wingstop I ever been to, Genesis the cashier did not like it when I questioned the price deferent between the app and the sore so she delayed my food I had to waite for about 41 minutes.

Probably the worst food related experience I’ve had. I ordered some food online and the delivery time kept getting pushed later and later. When I called, they said there wasn’t a record of my order. I never received my food and the only explanation I have is that the dasher took it. I tried to get a refund from here and from doordash (wingstop partners w doordash to deliver food) and doordash said I needed to get it from wingstop. I called on three separate occasions and they kept pushing me off. The last time, I talked to the manager Max, who just lectured me and was very rude and brushed me off as well saying he would open up a case which i don’t think he did. Wouldn’t recommend

I called the store to place my order because when you call ahead the food should be ready so you just pay and go. But when I got there, Max (the manager) started asking us for our order all over again and took about 10 minutes to re-enter it. When I asked if my order was ready, he ignored me, and when I asked again he gave me attitude.

I ordered the All-In Bundle (16 boneless + 6 tenders) but I only got 15 wings and 4 tenders. Yes, I checked the bag there, but I was on my 30-minute break and didn’t have time to argue. For some reason he gave us 10% off, but honestly I would have rather paid full price and gotten my order correct.

My boyfriend later submitted a complaint online. Max, the same manager, called my boyfriend and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled the whole time, didn’t let him talk, and even said that since we checked the food there, he had cameras and would “know who we were” if we came back. He even called us “unprofessional” — like what? I’m the customer, not the worker. That felt like a threat and completely disrespectful.

This whole situation makes me feel unsafe going back to this location. I usually go to Chantilly or Sterling and have never had issues there. This was my first and last time ever visiting this store.

Ordered online, was quoted for 25 minutes and had to wait for another 15 minutes to finish my order. This is around 9PM. :(

In order 10 lemon pepper 5 hot honey 5 Mexican flavored and I got only 10 wings and 10 pieces of corn which is wasn’t what I order. First time it happens to me and that’s just a big no to me.

My husband and I tried to order food from here tonight. Was quoted online 22-28 minutes. Got there after 20 minutes and waited another 30 minutes past the estimated ready time. Manager was useless and refused to help me cancel my order. Had a young child with me so I had to leave and will just be performing a charge back on my credit card. Absolutely horrible business, we thought this would be our new go to wing spot but never setting foot in here again and letting all our friends know. Avoid.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was told they only accept online orders (the direct wingstop app is down btw leaving the only option to be an expensive 3rd party app) . This is literally the most asinine rule for a restaurant. I won’t be back.

No one had on gloves! This is basic restaurant 101! Asked about gloves & was told that they just had a health inspection. Not sure why the gloves issue was not addressed?
