The pizza was not that good not like it usually is and it arrived cold. BUT the drink was definitely most important to me after a long day at work and that was the worse sweet tea I’ve ever had. It tasted old and stale and the first sip make me wanna throw up.

I really enjoy eating here, the people and food are great! We eat in there a few times a month. The "secret" menu as I called it before is now expanded and on every table. I love it, go get cultured and eat some amazing un-Americanized Spanish foods that will fill you up, not leave your stomach hurting when you leave, and leave you wanting to try everything on the menu! The Baleadas are great go get them!

Love this place.. except the bathrooms need hand soap , paper towels and some sort of deodorizer, u will literally walk in after someone who just stank up the bathroom.

Only use for take-out.

The food is good if you can get them to really fill that steak-n-cheese like they should.

Customer service is poor if you only talk to the girl that answers.

They used to be a lot better, but new management has taken over. Hopefully, they get it together real soon or they will lose another customer.

I ordered sausage and cheese large pizza,and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. This happened twice,So the next weekend I tried it one more time because I had always had good experiences with them and just to make sure it was not me being picky this time I ordered it with extra cheese, paied for extra cheese but somehow these was even lees cheese on this extra cheese and sausage large pizza. The bad thing is that my kids and I do not go out to eat or other pizza unless it's a special occasion or tax refund time so with everything under the sun going up on price,you would still hope you could get what you pay for. I want pizza right now and am having a big party so sadly I won't be placing my 11 separate whole family pizza orders there tonight. I hope the cheese they were holding back on my last 3 orders that I placed daved them a good amount of money because the pizza hut order that was just placed by everyone here at this party getting their own pizza exc. Was over ,$200. And the sad thing is I would have absolutely rather had Anna's pizza
Just messed up

I found my new pitstop for my trips on the way home from Baltimore and Washington. The pizza here is amazing. I'll definitely make a visit again when I drive home to Raleigh from Baltimore or Washington.

Both bathrooms "out of order" and subs were not good. Cashier was pleasant.

A few years ago, Anna's food quality was definitely on point. Over the past 3 years that quality has steadily decreased. Good food has become extremely over greasy, texture in many dishes has become gritty, and order accuracy is near nonexistent at this point. A "tossed salad," which cost $6.99 here consisted of plain iceburg lettuce, a sparse sprinkling of parm, and the dressing. That's it. No grated carrot, tomato, cucumber, croutons, feta, olives, nor any other items one would expect in a standard tossed salad.

When picking up our food, the counter was sticky, checkout lady was rude as ever, no customers were in the dining area and yet there were two dirty tables that were unbused with employees standing around talking about plans for the weekend.

Anna's you all need to do better.
I hope Anna's goes back to how it was previously. Maybe then they can earn a better review.

Third time eating from this restaurant, 1st time eating in.

I'm impressed all 3 times.
The menu is varied, offering Italian as well as Honduran food.
It is consistent and downright good.

This place sits next to a gas station, so our expectations weren't extremely high. It is totally destination worthy!
