I love Anna's Pizza and I have never been disappointed with their food. There are at least ten options for anything Italian within 3 miles of Anna's, but Anna's prices, service and food quality are excellent as compared to many of the others. I probably order Anna's at least once per week and quality is consistent, the staff truly seems thankful for my business, the staff is always polite and sincerely friendly. The place was empty so the food came quickly. The food was hot and delicious. The problem was at checkout. 2 cheeseburgers are $8.99 on the menu but they charged $11.99 and they don't give you the ticket until after you pay. The woman behind the counter was very slow and had to keep asking a man behind her. He said that the $11.99 was after taxes, but no. I finally received my $6 back but I did not get refunded for the tax.
