The employees here are really really nice and I'm sorry to give a less than great review, but every time I've eaten here, it's been pretty awful. Somehow still edible if you can stomach it, but generally, it has been pretty awful. By the time the food gets cold, the bread is rubbery and the meat is stiff.

Waiting in the drive thru for an hour only to get my payment taken and then wait some more for my food and dont know why. The food was cold and stale and dry. I would not come to this Hardee's ever again. They are slow and rude!

I have to say, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hardee’s. With no one else waiting at the counter, it still took about ten minutes before anyone came to the register. When someone finally did, they didn’t say a word—no greeting, no smile, just stood there silently. It only went downhill from there. Fortunately, I was just passing through and won’t have to attempt eating there again.

The food was absolute garbage! I got a steak and cheese biscuit and hash rounds, the hash rounds were cold and the steak biscuit was awful, it was like it had been sitting there for days. Even if I were starving I would NEVER stop at this location again. It’s not even worth one star. After reading the other reviews (most one star) it’s obvious this location is having serious issues, the owners should just close it down.
No batter for tenders...no chicken avail...chef made 2 chilidogs, then took 4ever to put together 2 hot ham/ch. Walked front to back of kitchen four times before assembling the HH/Ch. 15min wait AFTER chilidogs made. Person taking orders was nice and did apologize. Older lady that placed order after me got confused because person ar register was talking through headset several times while still talking/facing her. Maybe turn away from cuatomer when talking to drive through if you are located at walk up counter? PS...Love hardees most days.

Worst experience ever .. was asked to hold at drive thru and waited for 5 min then wa asked to come in. Once food was ordered it wasn't even fresh. What has happened to this place, it used to be somewhat good. The employees are always fighting. Only one nice older lady of color is the sweetest and nicest lady there.
