Chicken Restaurants near Hopewell

“Went in today to pick up an online order and the woman on duty at 4:45 p.m. was very rude. I asked about an online order and sge said she didn't see it. I said I have a receipt and her response is i don't go by receipts. Now I understand the order should be on their screen. My only issue is her lack of courtesy. Lack of professionalism. If she is angry about something, which she seems to be, she shouldn't take it out in customers. A young man who was also there saw me waiting and asked politely what I needed and she cut him off with the same crappy attitude. When my order finally came through, she filled it called my name twice even though I was 4 ft. Away and handed me my food. I said thank you and her snide remark was uh huh. She needs retraining or a new job she wants to be at.“

(Placed order, then had to revise, customer service call GREAT!!) arrived this morning at 5:50 a.m.. observed that employees arriving were well groomed and were alert and cheerful. Window cleaners were preparing for opening hours. Paid for 8 large catering trays. Employees assisted in carrying order to truck. Amazing service and I was off!“

“My 9 year old Granddaughter and I were here for breakfast, but she thought she could order lunch items. Once we found out she couldn't get lunch yet, the only thing she ordered was a fruit cup. I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash rounds and orange juice. I enjoyed my breakfast. It was very tasty. Our order was brought to the table for us once it was completed, which was very nice.“
