Diners near Hopewell

“Today me and my daughter went to Denny's in Hopewell on Oakland. When we enter the waitress did let everyone know they was a wait period. We agree to wait. Waitress came took our order. While waiting 1 of the waitress start arguing with manager about the wait on food take it was only 2 cooks the manager and 1 other person. She proceeded to cuss manger out. Mr.Roper let her know they doing the best they could with 2 cooks. She cussed walked off. She was very loud where customers could hear her. Next a customer came up complaining about her serves she was the customer of the waitress she started arguing with manager he was very polite to explain that there was only to cooks. But she said the serves she flip it on his. She told him she didn't want to hear him. Mr Roper tried to explain 3 x she said same thing.Over all Mr.Roper handle situations very well and professionally. Even when my food was not right he made sure to come to the table and explain. And delivered my food him self which was very professional.“
