Hardee's in Hopewell

“I'm 47 so I've been to many Hardees restaurants in my life and do I've grown accustomed to having to wait for my food. Often times 15 to 20 min or so. I did a mobile order here and I went through the drive through about 5 min before my estimated pick up time and I let her know and she said that's ok pull around baby. I get to the window because there was no one in front of me and she already had my order and handed it to me. Maybe it was fast because they weren't busy or because they were grown mature adults. Either way I don't care lol. This was my 1st time visiting there so I'm giving them 5 stars.“

“Unfortunately due to Covid nothing is what it once was. The service was okay, but due to lack of personnel the drive-thru seemed to take priority and we had to wait a little longer than expected seeing there was no line inside. That aside, the young lady who arrived from somewhere in the back took charge, and saw to it that our orders were taken, food and drinks prepared, and set before us in short order.“
