I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
If I pay for 2 large coffees I expect to have that. Clearly they knew that they weren’t full. Do better.
Place an order on the app. Went inside to pick it up and no one was at the register. I had to say hello many times and I’m here to pick up an order. Just grab the bag and hand it to me. After almost 5 minutes someone from the back finally came and he wasn’t too happy that he just had to pick up the bag and hand me my food. I don’t do fast food much but has service decline so much lately that you can leave a place without feeling annoyed.

Hardee's in New Ulm, MN, has made significant improvements recently, impressing customers with friendly service and fast, fresh food. The restaurant is known for its delicious chicken tenders, which have a satisfying crunch. However, some customers have noted that the fries can be skimpy and small. While the drive-thru may take priority due to staffing challenges, the staff is dedicated and attentive, ensuring orders are taken and served promptly. The atmosphere is welcoming, with staff treating customers like friends and family. Hardee's is also kid-friendly, catering to families, and offers convenient parking options, including wheelchair accessibility. Overall, this location has become a pleasant spot for a quick meal.
