Hardee's in Richmond

“I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted when I entered and the young man at the register was courteous. I order 4 chicken 🍗 egg 🥚 & cheese 🧀 biscuits. Which if you’ve been to Hardee’s before then you should know that they most always cook the food to order so I knew that I had to wait and didn’t mind doing so if it insures that I will receive hot food 🥘. The staff were clearly working diligently to get the orders out and having a good time doing so. I got my food and when I got home I noticed the heart ❤️ shaped biscuits good job 👍🏾 Hardee’s. No complaints here.“

“Johnathan and Jasmine..the staff has been more than gracious. Not just making you feel like a guest instead of a customer. Johnathan has a ❤️ heart twords people and understanding that they're a bit more than just an order number. He is taking time to listen to me when I have has extenuating circumstances I've been around this area for almost a year now and there has been times where I have needed a place to go to gather my thoughts and be away from drama or inclement weather and I've always been welcome no matter how monetarily blessed I am.“

“Just left Hardee’s and it was only the cook and the lady working the drive thru and register they both did a great job food was nice and fresh her customer service was great as well and the food did not take long at all to come out definitely will be back when I’m on this side of town“

“These people are like family at this location. Especially the drive thru window folks, they are so great! Staff have been resilient on challenging days. I know people who have gone here for years and years. The biscuits are the absolute best and fulfill the Hardees promise whether you like sausage or bacon or any other style. More soda options would be nice.“

“I went to hardee's today for lunch and my experience was awesome! My chicken tenders were fresh and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing! On top of that the customer service was amazing! Great job! I will be returning!

“Great food Great service. The going man working today, 11/2/2025, on the register is outstanding! He was kind and courteous to everyone waiting, ordering and whom he was serving! He deserves a raise for his professionalism, if he is not in management he should be! @Hardee's you don't want to lose someone like him.“

“Something changed! The employees are joyful the service is quick and the food is great. This location used to be dead. Poor food ect. But they got a new GM and it's turned around. Food has been 10/10 great every time I've gone the last few weeks
