Thin burgers are super DRY…chicken tender are like 2.5-3 inches (like a long nugget). Fries were super greasy. I did a google and got answers that all make sense. Your changes are bad. I know that Carls Jr. is featured in the documentary from the future “IDIOCRACY” but these changes may change the inevitable future for your business.

Taiga was the worst.. so rude..
she kept saying huh?
so I spoke more clear and consisely..
which seemed to trigger her ..
I even asked, if my "tone" bothered her..
she goes on a whole tirade..
and to make matter WORSE..
at 6am..
they have NO ketchup..
how does that even make sense..
no ketchup..
so she goes thru this whole story about how they have some on the line..
so unprofessional and so unnecessarily..
