Been twice in the past few weeks, Both times had to wait 10+ minutes and was the only one in line. Went tonight and I was once again the only one in line, ordered a single plain cheeseburger and they put everything on it but the cheese. How do you even screw up that bad? This place is a dump on the outside too and i won't be coming back. Workers are rude as well.

I love that you can get breakfast until 12 but I always have to pull up as soon as I pay and then inevitably need something and either have to drive around and wait again or stop and go inside. Napkins, S&P, ketchup... just aggravating. Breakfast is A+ though

Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit got a strange hard as a rock “breakfast sandwich” with a white substance smeared all over it and very wet ham. Threw it away, it had definitely been sitting out for a few days it was so hard. Won’t be coming back.

I sat at the menu for 7 minutes before someone took my order. The microphone was on the whole time so I could hear them just playing around. Finally took my order and I was told to pull forward. I told them at the window someone got tired of waiting and pulled out of line so make sure they get the right order. I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes and they still gave me the wrong order. They finally got it straight after asking for my drink 3 times. I got home and the damn burger was plain. No onion, no pickles, no ketchup anything on the burger. I'm surprised they even put cheese on it. I ended up paying 18 dollars for a plain famous burger combo. Bunch of idiots working there

Horrible service. Never tried the food. Employees were short with us about not having items they have signs up for. Then, after we've ordered and paid, we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. When it had been 15 minutes, we just went inside and asked for a refund. Staff wasn't even concerned about it. They just said "hey they need a refund," and then said, "we would have brought it out to you." No apologies or concern. No reason for the delay or explanation. Just backwards management and practices

Worst Hardee's ever. Pulled forward everytime even when there's nobody in line. Why? To fool management so it never gets fixed. Waited 3 minutes at the box, pulled forward and waited another 7 minutes for two ham biscuits. Just close it down and put in something that knows what convience is, not laziness. Never eat there again.
