I make a visit every Saturday morning for biscuits. The food and service are always good. However, the design of the drive thru needs to be reviewed, specifically the positioning of the speaker / mic box to place your order. It is positioned a good 2 feet beyond the menu board which means if you stop in front of the menu board you are literally having to yell to place your order. Went through drive through, it took 15 mins to get our food, went to leave and realized there were no fries with our meals. Had to go in and get them and even then the employee wanted to question me and her manager then came out and handled the issue. They were very short staffed

Customer service is lacking. I used drive thru and the employee gave no greeting or eye contact. The menu board needs to be fixed. Unable to read due to the signs falling inside the case.The food was hot and fresh
