I have only been to the Jefferson's Restaurant & Taproom twice, but each time the ambiance is relaxing, the overall setting is gorgeous, and the food that I've had has been fantastic. I am addicted to their Cobb Salad, it tastes amazing and is quite the standalone meal (see pic). Next time I'm there, it will be hard not to get the Cobb again but I am keen to try other options.
We recently had dinner at Jefferson’s twice while at the Homestead, after not having been there for years. These two dinners were far and away the best dining experiences we have had there. Our server for both nights, Alex, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our meal even more enjoyable. The pacing of our courses was perfect, and the quality of the food was great. Management definitely had things running smoothly.

And the best appetizer we have ever ordered (the fried lobster) - to be honest,
I have never seen a fried lobster on a menu and I’m from Boston. The fried lobstah wa delicious.
