Breakfast: Very common breakfast buffet with nothing (I mean nothing!) interesting nor flavorful. Basic industrial hotel buffet. We had great waiters. On the second day, one of our party ordered from the paper menu (avocado toast), it was inedible. Dinner: Great wait staff! The formal evening food was good but not nearly up to the location or cost. Nobody finished their dessert, a real shocker in our group. It is wonderful to sit in a fabulous room and have very good wait staff.

It is a nice setting for meals while in Homestead. During our prior stays we ate both dinners and breakfasts here . Breakfast by the window ,with the view, is what we enjoyed this time. Their buffet breakfast is rather expensive but offers a nice variety of foods and breakfast propositions. It takes place from 7:30 to 10AM, We came after 9 AM and the omelet station was already closed. it really should be opened till 10 or there should be a price discount.

We ate in the main dining room 4 times during our July 2021 visit. (3 times for breakfast and once for dinner). We were on the meal-plan as part of our reservation. Service was always excellent and we did not experience any wait for a table. (Make a reservation in advance for dinner.) No reservations accepted for breakfast.
