I arrived at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa on July 1st for a job interview at the day spa on July 2nd. I interviewed with Audrey Zmigrodski virtually on Thursday, June 26th. We set up an in-person interview for me to do a facial. I asked her if it was okay to bring my dog with me. Audrey said it was fine to bring her. We recently had about 20 people join us for a private soak in the Warm Springs Pools, and it was fantastic! Lisa Bene, the manager there, was so great to work with to plan our event, and the night of the event, she went above-and-beyond in making sure our guests were taken care of, including an amazing overview of the history of the pools for them. The location and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff is Southern Hospitality at its finest.

Kober's at The Mountain Lodge is a first-class resort that offers a tranquil escape. The resort is currently undergoing a $300 million restoration, so some amenities may not be available.
The service is outstanding, with attentive staff who go above and beyond. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the overall ambiance is described as "so pretty" throughout the property.
The food is a highlight, with the family dinner at Jefferson's and the food at the pool receiving high praise. The takeout options at Martha's Market have also been completely revamped and are now excellent. The water park remains a crown jewel for families.
However, Woody's is closed for renovation, leaving no reasonably priced sit-down family dining options. The entire spa experience has been described as "terrible," with issues ranging from scheduling to the actual service. The front desk and back-office systems have also been reported as unacceptably poor.
Overall, Kober's at The Mountain Lodge is a beautiful resort that offers a luxurious and relaxing getaway. While there are some areas that need improvement, the resort's strengths, such as the outstanding service, delicious food, and family-friendly amenities, make it a worthwhile destination.
