We recently had about 20 people join us for a private soak in the Warm Springs Pools, and it was fantastic! Lisa Bene, the manager there, was so great to work with to plan our event, and the night of the event, she went above-and-beyond in making sure our guests were taken care of, including an amazing overview of the history of the pools for them. Just returned from the VAA Conference at The Omni Homestead Resort and had to give a HUGE shoutout to the valet staff 👏
I’m the owner of G&C Tire and Auto Service and brought one of my team members along in our two Teslas—a Model 3 and a Model Y. Not only did the valet team know exactly what to do, but they also tagged our Tesla key cards, noted the arrival battery level, and made sure both cars were fully charged before we left. That’s what I call next-level service!

We had a fantastic time during our 4 night stay. An unexpected highlight was the guided Gorge hike by Brian La Fountain. He is a naturalist, entertainer, and all around amazing person. My husband, I, and two tween/teen boys were thoroughly entertained and educated about the area! We loved breakfast at Audubon and so many other activities, but the hike was amazing and doesn’t get enough attention/praise!!!! Highly recommend making this a must do on your trip!
