Folks, this is as good as it gets!! Gorgeous facility, excellent wines regardless of white, red, sparkling or port, cheese platters and delicious balsamic varieties and warm baguette and the staff is super! Such a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with friends enjoying the many offerings these folks have to offer for your taste buds! You will be so pleased that you came!!

Not many sweet wines but the grounds are nice, wine is good, and people are great!

Awesome staff, great wines, amazing wine club! And today they hosted Cousins Maine Lobster food truck - yum. Went well with their chardonnay and sparkling rose.

My wife and I found Rappahannock Cellars by accident and we’re really glad we did. The folks are exceptionally friendly, the wines are very good (be sure to try the Sparkling Red) and the facilities are beautiful.Makes for a great afternoon!

We had a lovely (if chilly) February visit to Rappahannock cellars. There is a large outdoor seating area with fire pits, which was nice until the sun disappeared behind the mountain. (Dogs are only allowed outside, which was why we were braving the patio in February). We had a glass of the rose, which had nice strawberry notes while being very crisp, dry, and refreshing. It paired well with the sausage and pepper pizza we got from the food tent. The tasting room was pretty busy for late on a Sunday afternoon but the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I also got to taste the Fizzy Lizzy (sparkling rose), meritage, and Eighteen, but the rose was my favorite. My husband and I go to VA wineries about once a month and I rarely give five star reviews, but this was one of the better wines we've tasted in a while. (I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but am rounding up because the wines were definitely better than the competition). Our running joke is that VA wine only tastes good at the winery, but this was one wine that I actually enjoyed more once I was home (but maybe that was because I could feel my fingers)!

My friend found out about this winery a year or so ago, and we've had 3 group visits since. It's really a lovely property and very spacious for groups. Once it was warm enough to sit on the covered rooftop and it was super nice. The last time we went, it was quite chilly out, so we sat inside at one of the lounge areas with comfy couches and the bar/tasting area nearby. I think they also have patio tables near the entrance. Either way, you can't go wrong and will have a good time. The wine itself is very delicious and they have a nice variety. Half of our group joined the wine club! We typically try several bottles when we're visiting, and enjoying sipping and enjoying the scenery. I also like that we can bring our own food - definitely needed after an afternoon of wine tasting. The women that work there are lovely and a lot of fun.I definitely recommend a visit - great wines and beautiful property.

I really don’t need any excuse to check out one of the many Virginia Wineries in the northern Virginia area and I was so excited when an organized tour was put together to visit the winery. This was my first time checking out establishment in Huntly, VA. The unique aspect about this establishment that they distill spirits and process wine on site. So literally they covered both sides of the playing field when it comes to the adult beverage arena. The highlight during my wine tasting was the 2018 Port. The red dessert wine was full bodied and sweet.

Being from Utah we don't have the luxury of wine establishments like the are in Virginia and other states that have legalized adulthood. For a Saturday afternoon there were a lot of people taking in the beauty of a fall afternoon over a glass of fine crafted wine. A pizza maker set up a fire pizza oven adjacent to the open seating area giving way to the aroma of fresh baked pizza. How could you go wrong - pizza and a glass of Chardonnay. Being a member of the Rappahannock Wine Club has its benefits but unfortunately we leave for Utah tomorrow and a membership didn't make sense for us. We are already planning to return next year and pick up where we left off with our "deviant" behavior. After all the dominant religious culture in Utah where we came from would frown on such activities. This is why we travel to adult destinations. Thanks Virginia for your hospitality.

We stopped in on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a tasting at the bar and liked the wines. "Sheritage" was a great host!! We would love to come back on a nice day to really enjoy this incredible setting. The rooftop area is great!

On the first note, its very beautiful place to hangout with friends and family. The wines over here were very nice and the owner is very friendly. They explain each and every wines they have , also they give samples for taste.Price starts from 25$. They don't have any non alcoholic wines. Only some juices are available for kids.Live music will be organized during weekends.Coming to snacks they don't have much options, some cheese related stuffs. Crab pancakes will be available. Packed potato chips are available to grab.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rappahannock Cellars, a charming winery nestled in the heart of the countryside. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance that immediately set the tone for a delightful experience. The winery boasts breathtaking views of rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes, making it an ideal destination for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The owners have clearly taken great care in maintaining and expanding the estate, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity.Overall, the winery left a lasting impression on me. The combination of stunning views, exceptional wines, and passionate staff made it a standout winery experience.
