“My family attended the free Dad/daughter ice cream event on Valentine’s Day. It was the first time we have ever tried this ice cream place. Most of the town was out of power and the shop was running on generators. But let me tell you, that was the best ice cream and milkshakes we have ever had! Given the complications with no power, this shop really stepped up the game and made sure customers had a good experience! We will definitely be back and we cannot wait to have your ice cream again!! I would recommend this place over any other ice cream shop I’ve tried!”

“Their lunch specials are a fantastic deal. We get the small cheese steak canzone which comes with a drink for our lunch special. The name fools you because it is quite a large meal. We always end up with half to take home. I like to mix the maranera and ranch toppings. Delicious!”

“first time here on a recommendation from a guy in town at a fast food place. I will say sitting area inside is a little small BUT the service and GREAT food made up for it. the waitress that waited on us was friendly and came by to check on us regular. We had breakfast with them. and it was great. much much better than some of the larger chain restaurants we have eaten at. Did I say the food was great. I,m hard to please when it comes to my eggs and pancakes. but they did a great job. we will definitely stop again when we are back in the area. Thanks again the Lipscomb crowd”

“Delightful, my hubby usually doesn’t enjoy margaritas but the mango margarita is very fruity and refreshing. The camarones al ajillo are spectacular and the jalapeño cheese is creamy and has the perfect kick. Nice owners and great service!!!beautiful river front property and cozy environment.”

The mushroom Swiss burger never disappoints, but the a hot dog with chili & slaw just can’t be beat. Add an order of their perfect onion rings, and you’re in diner food heaven. “Came here for dinner and it didn’t disappoint . One with us is Gluten intolerant and they have a nice selection of entrees . The waitress even marked the ticket GF so there were no mix ups. It wasn’t a problem for them like at so many restaurants when you even asks. Great cocktails too”

“Cash only! There are no signs to tell you this. There is no air conditioning inside the restaurant, so it's best to call it in or just wait in your car. The food was good, although we were given a 25 min estimate time it was closer to 50min before it was completed. We only ordered two chicken dinners and a vegetable dinner. They seemed a little unorganized, but overall, it was okay.”

Even sitting near the bar area the live music was still so loud our waitress couldn’t hear us when ordering. The band was nice but a little loud. I am gluten free, dairy free, and egg free—eating out can be hard and pizza is basically a no-go. Pizzeria had a gluten free cauliflower crust that was actually good! I skipped the cheese and added a couple extra toppings for a genuinely tasty pizza, even with all my restrictions. Thanks Pizzeria!

Note—I am NOT celiac, and am fine with cross contamination. If you have a severe allergy, obviously consult the staff, but for my slight intolerances, everything was a-ok (and good)!”
