Food tasted good and service was great! My party said the oysters and tacos very good! The reason for not giving 5 stars is because almost every dish involves a spicy element. I wish there was a variety of sauces you could substitute if you can’t have spicy food. Like a heat and non heat option.

Hadn't been to Dredge in a while and took my neighbor out for dinner. The restaurant was humming on a winters evening and we found a seat at the bar. Our bartender Fran made a perfect Cosmo ( The AM special) Delicious. We then had the Dredge oysters and they were awesome. Finished off with the Tuna Carpachio. The tuna melted in my mouth. All in all a fantastic dinner in a great atmosphere. Brian you have created a very special place !!!
