Outstanding experience. The hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end. We started with the clams, had the lamb chops and rock fish, and finished with the lemon tart and peach crumble. The wine list has something g for everyone and the bar is skilled. We highly recommend Salt and Meadow.
Celebrated our anniversary at The Tides Inn with our anniversary dinner at Salt & Meadow. Seated 20min early but were offered the option of waiting. Got the best seat in the house, a window table overlooking the docks and treated to a colorful thunderstorm. Cocktails: A perfect martini for me. My wife had the “Northern Neck” (vodka, mint, lime juice and cucumber) which was a bit too tart (different bartender than Peter who made a great one the evening before). Fabulous...
The newly reopened restaurant is beautiful, from the interior design and beautiful wood details throughout the restaurant to the amazing view if you snag a seat by the window. The food was good- nothing particularly surprising but everything we ordered was as you would hope for a seafood restaurant by the water.
