We booked a reservation for our 25 th anniversary and were greeted warmly with “Happy Anniversary” which was nice. The server was excellent but we waited for our drinks for nearly 30 minutes after ordering and our dinner took nearly 50 minutes. It was not that busy with many empty tables. Our food was very good and it is a very nice atmosphere.
We would highly suggest the Salt and Meadow Restaurant. The atmosphere was fresh and clean with a nautical flair. The setting was intimate with friendly service. Dessert with a birthday candle (on the house) was a lovely way to end the evening. Highly suggest the Tides twist on an Old Fashioned made with maple syrup!
This is first time back to Tides Inn since the dining/bar area has been re-done and a new chef in place. The new decor is beautiful. Updated, but keeping with the style of the place. Couldn't be better! The re-location of the bar is much better and the wood paneling all around it makes it look like it came out of a swanky men's club.
