What an experience! We went for an anniversary celebration on a Sunday evening and chose The Colonnade at Hope and Glory for our special dinner. My mother and I stayed at the Hope & Glory Inn and while there dined at The Colonnade. Chef Meseret gave us a dining experience we will never forget! Her sources for fresh produce and seafood, imaginative use of ingredients, and "just right" portion sizes were paired exquisitely with recommended wines.
