What a special place the Hope and Glory. Our fine dining experience was lovely… sensitively presented and the chef followed through with all of the promises described. With time and experience, I appreciate consistency more and more. Achieving that level of tenderness with a steak, the delicate balance of herb to sweet and savory, and a dash of originality, along with a local specialty - the oysters- all components of a great meal that I will remember for years to come. Bravo!
Every meal that I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed that has been prepared by Chef Meseret Crockett has been truly excellent, and there have been many of them! If I lived even remotely in the area I would not miss an opportunity to dine at The Colonnade!!!!
What an amazing evening! The food was absolutely incredible and so thoughtfully prepared and presented. The charming atmosphere, complete w/ roaring fire and lovely waitress, truly couldn’t be beat. This night was a beautiful experience. Thank you so much for creating such a lasting memory for all of us. We will be back❤️
