What a nice shop, too! Decent prices, lots of stuff hard to find elsewhere, and then there is the restaurant inside. Worth a visit if you're in the area at all.”

“Went in a day for the first time in a few years to sit down and eat after discovering that the dine-in is back open since COVID ended up with a waitress named Megan maybe Morgan who was an absolute delight she was very attentive spoke to us even though they had numerous phone calls and people at the checkout she maintained her composure she waited on us gave us an amazing service there are some people out there who are truly meant to work in customer service and she is one of them Will definitely come back and dine in if she's working the floor The inside could use a little updating the booths are a little torn up and they've got older chairs which are really hard but overall was an amazing experience cannot wait to go back now that I have found a new favorite server at an old-time restaurant”

“What a hidden gem! We came across The Brew House on a Sunday evening so it wasn't super busy. There is plenty of seating and the menu has some amazing options that I'll definitely be back for. Since they were known for their burgers, we had to try them for our first visit. SO GOOD! The atmosphere is a mix of industrial/tavern. Our waitress, Heather was phenomenal and so helpful telling us about the menu and weekly events. We will definitely be back!”

“Omigosh! Best cake I've ever had in my life! I asked for a Hobbit House cake based on a picture. She completely outdid herself with the details and the design! The recipient was beside herself upon seeing this creation, and was overjoyed upon tasting it! I will definitely be going back!!!”

“The floor under our table was nasty and when we sat down I sunk to the bottom of the seat because theres no support when I sat in the booth and, although the server was very nice, she spent more time on her phone and eating at the countertop than she did checking on us and the food was very blah. No flavor to the chicken on my grilled chicken sub. The prices were INSANE! $50 for a club with sweet potato fries, a grilled chicken sub with fries, and a side salad. I also asked my 2yr granddaughter what kind of fries she wanted us to split with our grilled chicken sub and we decided on sweet potato fries. An entire order of sweet potato fries was sat down in front of my granddaughter and I had regular fries with my sub, which we're never discussed, and I got charged $7 for a plate of fries I didn't even order!”

“This is my favorite restaurant. I walked at least a mile once to get the food during a parade. I call them up with the exact same order every time and they know what I want as soon as I call. I don't know if they have me in the caller ID as the "pork fried rice no onions & scallops guy" but for some reason... they know. Prices are great, food is amazing, if I want chinese food (which is a little too often) then this is the place.”

“The best subway I've been to in the area. The one in south hill is pretty good too, never tried blackstone, farmville was awful.

Prices are standard for subway. Nothing surprising. Food is good though and the owner is really laid back and cool.”

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Dewayne, the manager at this McDonald's, for his exceptional professionalism and leadership during a busy breakfast rush.

The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, and curbside pickup was packed. Despite the chaos, Dewayne stayed calm, focused, and incredibly polite. I had actually made a mistake on my own end with my order, but instead of making me feel bad or brushing me off, he worked with me patiently and quickly to fix it.

Watching him manage his team was impressive—he was directing staff, answering questions, and handling customers with total respect, all while making sure the line kept moving. It's clear he sets the tone for great service even when things are hectic.

“Had to wait just a few minutes but I could see how the crew was working. I'm glad I waited. Me and my fiancè were coming here for lunch after a long drive and the place was clean and the food looked exactly how it does in the pictures. On my receipt, it says the cashier's name was Schreal. I didn't ask if it was the gentleman's name because he was assisting others as I was walking out. But he was wonderful!! Very sweet and excellent for customer service for the wait we had and how many people were in the restaurant and also in the drive thru. My fiancè even said he was happy. I really liked the atmosphere we had received.”

“Good friendly service, good hot burgers, generous salads. Their apple pecan salad is delicious! I love their burgers. The foil wrap helps keep the heat in. I ate my salad first and my burger was still hot! I will return. This is one of my favorite Wendy's.”
