If you go to drive through be prepared to be made to pull down and wait 10 mins..... so it looks like they have fast service to headquarters when they look at drive-through clock always a problem whether you order food for whole family or just get a drink count on
Management is awesome at this BK. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she has taken care of my family's orders 3x in like 2 weeks of me being here. Despite some of the mess that went on with incorrect transactions, she was willing to fix things with a smile, always taking the time to get the order right the 1st time, and make sure that the FOH and the drive thru are all taken care of quickly and treated with the best care. Went through the drive through this morning as I do most mornings always met with a smile and pleasant workers. This morning there appeared to be one young lady covering both windows plus the inside lobby. Michelle Ferrell is her name and she did an awesome job I hope this company recognizes her.
