“Was in Springfield today and wanted to grab something different for dinner. I’m happy that I stopped Village chicken. If you’ve never been here I would definitely stop and give it a try. We got the chicken, souvlaki bowl and lamb Gyro and a shredded chicken bowl. They were are absolutely amazing! We will be visiting again soon!“

“This branch is very impressive, unlike the 2-3 other branches I've visited.
- It's a kid-friendly branch, featuring a children's zone that's about 15ft x 10ft in size, as well as organizing events for children on certain days and times. The restroom has a step stool for children to reach the sink to wash their hands.
- There are many staff members who constantly walk around, asking and taking care of customers.
- The indoor seating area has about 20-25 tables for four people, including regular tables and a counter bar. There are 3-4 tables outside.
- It has a separate parking area from other plaza zones and a drive-thru.
- The restroom has tissue paper, soap, hand sanitizer available, as well as a diaper changing station.
- The day I visited was Thursday around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was packed and full of children, with only about 2-3 empty tables. The drive-thru had a continuous queue of at least 5-6 cars.

[Personal Opinion]
- This branch is suitable for families with children but not for people seeking peace and quiet because there are quite a lot of children who are noisy and running around everywhere.
- The restaurant size isn't very large, and the interior space feels quite crowded and cramped.
- The staff at this branch seem to be very well-trained. Everyone constantly asks about customers' needs and satisfaction and regularly cleans various areas.
- If you plan to buy food via the drive-thru, you might have to wait in line for a while because, as far as I could see, there were a lot of customers at that time.“

“Love Pollo Campero! The only downside to this location was when we ordered our two-piece chicken meals, they said it was going to take 40 minutes because they had to make more chicken! It only ended up taking 10-15 minutes, so that was nice, but shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready all the time? Super yummy though! Love the plantains 😋“

“My husband was never a sandwich-type of guy but he loved the steak sandwich, it was nothing fancy but its worth it. We ordered the fish, buffalo wings, chicken over rice and the steak sandwich and we are all satisfied. Forgot to take a photo as we’re all got excited to eat.“

Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

He is very customer focused, attentive, and addresses me with my name every time he assists me with my order. Not many retail restaurants do that. Tyeferri is surely an asset to Chick-fil-A. And the wait time is un heard of like half an hour long?! No way this is one of the staple menu items, they should always have chicken on rotation! “We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night.
