After playing golf we decided to have dinner at Maples. Had the sea bass special with pasta tomatoes and capers. It was delicious and cooked well. We also had the filet it was really good too. Nice atmosphere and beautiful venue. Great chef and Gabe our waiter was on top of things and funny!
It took us a while to follow Chef MickyG to his new location but we are diehard fans and it was well worth the 3 hour RT drive. Just do not order a drink, see below. All the food we ordered was good (chicken rollatini) to extraordinary (salmon, chicken parm). This restaurant is fabulous and very affordable for the quality of food. I had chicken Alfredo last night and it was only $16. Nice portions too. The mixed drinks are a bit pricey, but the Summer Rain was delicious. The view is beautiful too. The chef, the servers, and the food is top notch.
