I wanted to dine in yesterday and was off put about a portion of the service. I ordered my meal and a drink, a sprite no ice. It came back super carbonated like the machine was low on said flavor, I let him know and instead switched it for a lemonade no ice hoping for a better result...no luck. That was watered down so much no flavor was in it at all. After I paid I let him know my concerns and he said he already let the manager know. So I didn't know if he knowingly served...
Bonchon Chicken was a great experience overall. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, which made the dining atmosphere comfortable. The chicken tasted really good crispy on the outside and full of flavor. A few pieces were slightly overcooked, but it didn’t take away much from the overall quality.
