The lemon blueberry cake we received for my daughter-in-laws baby shower was delicious—light, moist, and perfectly balanced with fresh lemon and sweet blueberries. Maybe I'm a little biased, but Helen's cake was the best wedding cake I've ever had! For our wedding, we had one tier of mocha with espresso buttercream and one tier of strawberry with vanilla butter cream (together this combo tasted like neapolitan + coffee!).
