We had our rehearsal dinner at the Echelon Wine bar and it was a fantastic evening. The side room was perfect for our party of 16 and the restaurant was beautiful. Everyone loved the food and the servers did a great job. The management was communicative and professional, even after a mix up with the event dates last minute.
To start the decor is beautiful. The wine was fabulous, BUT the CHICKEN AND WAFFLES, best I have EVER had! There’s a light buttery sweet sauce that had a kick of habanero that left me wanting more!
The food was delicious, we ordered literally the entire menu minus the charcuterie portion. BUT… our server said she’d course it out so we could enjoy a leisurely meal, and everything came out super quick and either at the same time or very close together. We sent the steak back because we had four other plates on the table. If they had slowed down we would’ve ordered at least one kore bottle of wine. So, while the food was delicious, the service and pacing made for a frustrating...
