Can't comment on the tasting service as we purchased the flights and took the self-service route. Utilizing small little plastic cups for each wine that you then poured into your own glasses was odd, but I guess it worked OK. The food pairings provided with the tasting flights were unusual but a pleasant surprise as they matched and paired with each wine perfectly - well thought out! Great wine! Wonderful selection. The owner is kind and absolutely lovely- I would return because of how fabulous he is and wine was tasty. Unfortunately one of the woman working in the tasting room/serving us (only ones there) was not pleasant and seemed as if she did not want much to do with us the moment we walked through the door. She was not friendly and left us with a not so awesome experience. May she be more hospitable in the future to other patrons. 10/10 for Fabbioli...
